Luxe Cutters Booking Policy

Not so exciting, but important…

It is with a heavy heart that we have reached a point where we have needed to implement a booking policy in the salon.

We understand that we have many beautiful clients who always do the right thing and respect that we are a small business doing our best to maintain a high level of care to all of our clients.

Unfortunately, not everyone is like this……Due to the fact that we take bookings from facebook, Instagram, online/ website, email, over the telephone and in person…We have unfortunately had to create a one size fits all system.

We will always strive to deliver the very best to our guests through our care factor, skill level, professionalism and efficiency and we ask you, our valued customers, for your support in regards to this matter.

Some of you will be aware that we have recently implemented a $50 booking fee which is 100% refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule your booked appointment, within 72 hours prior to your allocated booking. 

We do understand that this is not ideal, but unfortunately due to huge losses in relation to loss of trade, we see it as unavoidable.
